RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure a productive, effective, and efficient work environment that promotes resilience in the face of challenges and minimizes single points of failure.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by maintaining a balance between delivery speed and quality oversight.
• Manage team performance and career development, contributing to performance reviews and identifying growth opportunities.
• Guide the team in making appropriate technical decisions, avoiding over- engineering or under-engineering solutions.
• Take ownership of the software’s lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and smooth transitions.
• Expand the market in Japan and SEA
• Manage budget, P&L

REQUIREMENTS:

• Japanese level: Advance (N2 or above)
• Experienced at least 5 years as Project Manager/ Delivery Manager in software development company.
• Having technical background, experienced with Domain Fintech is a big plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and management skills
• Strong knowledge of project management practices: budgeting (estimation), planning, monitoring and control, quality management and communication.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• The ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team
