Sales Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales performance: Responsible for achieving sales and payment targets for the assigned area;
• Sales opportunity exploration: Understand and explore customer needs and buying desires, collect potential customer information, organize customer information, and develop new projects and customers; Completion of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports;
• Product sales work: Independently conduct product sales work according to the company's sales strategy; Provide customers with professional and competitive product solutions, quotations, etc.;
•  Comprehensive follow-up of sales processes: Signing of sales contracts, invoicing, delivery, collection of accounts receivable, technical support, handling customer complaints, and coordinating the entire process; Also, pay attention to inventory, AR, and cash flow in the responsible area;
• Other work arranged by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or above, major in mechanical, automation, marketing, or related fields preferred, with 1 year or more sales industry experience;
• Good market analysis and judgment ability, strong sales development ability;
• Excellent Chinese communication skills, good communication and expression skills, with a team spirit and customer service awareness;
• Outgoing personality, honest, strong learning ability, able to adapt to business trips.
