Production Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and resources are optimized to achieve operational excellence
• Define and optimize the workforce needed to reach the production capacity required
• Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets
• Oversee all 11 production processes, which include both automated and manual operations. Ensure the respect of the maintenance plan for the production equipment.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce defects. Maintain strict quality control standards across all production processes. Conduct regular inspection to guarantee the respect of the standards.
• Manage and optimize labor, materials, and equipment to meet production goals cost-effectively. Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Generate reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with HR to plan and execute the expansion of the production workforce. Develop training programs and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed. Conduct regular safety audits and promote a culture of safety within the production team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in [relevant field, e.g., Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Management] or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• 8 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of both automated and manual production processes.
• Knowledge of quality control and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
