Apply nowRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement Key external expert (KEE) engagement plan for top KEE in therapeutic areas.
- Meet with KEE for understanding unmet needs or gaps from evidences to clinical practice, seeking advice/ input for what programs that could meet. Discuss and exchange update medical and clinical information, develop speaker's slides/ lectures for CME, symposia. Engage KEE and doctors in discussions regarding scientific and clinical evidence on products and claims.
- Update Real Word Evidences related area including ongoing trials
- Alert investigators to company’s program for Investigator Initiated Study Proposals and support for submitting proposals for review and approval, facilitate publication. (In future)
- Medical support to implement patient program
- Provide medical strategic inputs to develop promotional materials.
- Deliver presentations at scientific meetings (hospital meeting, new launch, listing …) to support business needs.
- Represent medical affairs department at medical symposia/congresses. Collaborate for pre-event information and post-event summaries.
- Provide fair balanced, objective, scientific information, updated Real World Evidences and education to health care providers, formulary committees, basic scientists and to internal business partners as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Medical Doctor or Pharmacist degree, preferably with specialization and/or clinical experience in the relevant therapeutic area(s).
- Strong scientific baseline knowledge in therapeutic area, clinical trials methods, implementation and interpretation, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and eagerness to learn more in depth in therapeutic areas
- Strong, confident and engaging presentation skills
- Outstanding communication and skills and the ability to function within a team environment.
- Handling of multiple tasks at the same time and working under pressure
- Proactive "can do" attitude and passion for the science related to the products and associated therapeutic area
- Strong customer facing skills, listening skills, probing skills, and flexibility
- Corporate culture competencies of Leader Behaviors, including Business Integrity
- Experience within a clinical drug development environment preferred.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Must be able to travel approximately 60%
- Good communication in English
- Good at the computer as Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Careful, honest, enthusiasm and have a sense of responsibility to work.
