RESPONSIBILITES:
- Lead the development of the projects, strategic road map, strategies and execution plans for current products and future product launches in Women’s Health therapeutic areas.
- Lead market research to (I) support business opportunities development, and (2) understand HCP trends to facilitate projects and products that best address unmet need in the market.
- Gather HCP and market insights for formulating product portfolio strategies to create awareness of company’s product positioning to promote opportunities for the purchase of products.
- Liaise with local business partners on their services progress, best demand forecasts and performance improvement in accordance with the agreements.
- Liaise with local business partners on its business projects and initiatives, promotional activities, and budget plans in accordance with the agreements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on effective annual demand forecasts.
- Ensure the highest standards of business and ethical conduct, in compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical and general regulations and legislation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in Health Science and Pharmacy
- Post-graduate degree in marketing or business administration is desirable
- At least 5-year experience in product management and new product launch
- Fluent English speaker, and fluency of written English are critical, and additional language skills would be an advantage.

- Proven strategic thinking fed by solid creativity – needs to form a vision and strategy for his/her category, then define and deliver a precise roadmap of key activities/programs.
- Experience with creating portfolio/ category strategy and plan.
