Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Contribute with the CFO to implementing all the proper financial procedures (reporting, expense approvals, purchasing etc.)
• Build with the other departments the relevant tools to support the Sales, Marketing and HR departments success
• In line with Group requirements, develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to assess the affiliate performance
• Monitor, analyze and challenge expenditures, ensuring the budget is respected and proper return on investment.
• Review and submit expenditures for approval, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines and strategic priorities
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory and management financial reporting
• Coordinate audits and examinations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
• Alongside the CFO, prepare a monthly cash flow reconciliation in order to ensure the right financing.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems: BO & SAP preferrable).
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in English, fluency in Vietnamese is highly preferred
