RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Importation Program Lead

  • Develop & manage Importation Program strategies & action plans for oncology product portfolio in Vietnam for both short and mid-term.
  • Manage & monitor the implementation of Importation Program action plans to achieve the Importation Program objectives, territories & customer coverage.
  • Manage the implementation of medical materials request
  • Conduct Importation Program medical activities (advisory board, scientific meeting,…)
  • Build & develop good relationship with customers & territories.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and manage customer expectations proactively.
  • Analyze and evaluate market changes, competitor ’s activities and propose the amendment and adjustment to the current Importation Program plan productively, aligned with the company’s regulation.
  • Comply, review, and prepare periodical reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships across functions.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Launch Readiness Lead

  • Create and propose the Medical Plan: Vision, Objectives, Strategies and Budget/Action Plan/for the oncology product portfolio and submit to the direct supervisor for approval.
  • Manage to gather, update and provide medical and product knowledge and relevant policies & regulations information for internal/ external stakeholders. Inform and coach relevant policies & regulations relating to oncology products & customers efficiently and timely to ensure their strict implementation and solve their daily operational issues as deemed necessary.
  • Visit opinion leader/customers to gather market/medical information and maintain good relationship.
  • Formulate a prelaunch medical plan, assess market requirements to finalize commercial assessment of assigned oncology products.
  • Establish launch readiness project in the company for oncology products by effective communication and working relationship across functions.
  • Performs other duties or special projects as assigned or directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have a degree related to pharmaceuticals · Have at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, or 01 year of experience in MA of pharmaceutical companies · Have at least 2 years of experiences in Oncology fields · Expertized in pharmaceutical business.
  • Good at communication.
  • Good at computers as Word, Excel, Power point.
  • Careful, honest, enthusiasm and have a sense of responsibility to work.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and demonstrated project/team/cross- functional leadership.
  • Excellent oral and written communication for both English and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills and ability to self-manage.
