Senior Sales – North

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Co-ordinate team and company’s local distributors in executing company’s policies and achieving business objective / sales target in North/Central Vietnam

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, architects, and industry associations.

• Develop new project sales opportunities in North/Central Vietnam and keep track of project pipeline

• Lead, manage and support new/existing distributor channel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure the achievement of company objectives

• Supervise the operation of local distributors and work closely with them for continuous improvement

• Identify and raise product adaptation/new product opportunities in order to meet local market requirements and increase sales potential

• Constantly monitor market dynamics and report the latest movements of key competitors in the market

• Support brand building / marketing activities in local market

• Other adhoc work/assignment requested by the manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5+ years in sales experience, preferably in project channel, in the relevant industries (Kitchen and bathroom product industry is preferred); Retail sales experience is bonus;

• Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and sales network development.

• Strong knowledge of the North Vietnam market and industry dynamics in the sanitaryware and fitting or construction sector.

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Have team-spirit, while being able comfortable to work and deliver results independently

• Being honest and passionate on daily work

• Demonstrate high willingness to take on new challenges and work in undefined territories.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Able to travel frequently within Viet Nam.Bachelor degree a must, business/commercial background;

• Fluent English in written and oral communication is a must;

• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.
