- Quality Control Manager (Export-oriented, Noodles Industry)
- Quality Management Systems (QMS):
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems tailored to the needs of export-oriented noodle production.
- Ensure adherence to QMS standards, including ISO 9001 and relevant industry-specific certifications.
- Product Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols for incoming raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify product quality and consistency, including sensory evaluation, physical attributes, and chemical analysis.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization and improvement to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on root cause analysis and continuous improvement principles.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of relevant regulations and standards governing food safety, labeling, and export requirements in target markets.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous documentation, audits, and inspections.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand customer feedback and address quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Proactively engage with customers to communicate quality assurance initiatives and ensure alignment with their expectations and specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in quality control/assurance management within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in export noodles.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and international standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for data analysis and quality management.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence) is a plus.
