Product Management Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Being ability to find suitable yarn for each product.

• Know how to analyze the yarn and knitting construction on reference sample, to duplicate the same.
• Join meeting with Buyer on new development season to understand buyer's ideal and expectation.
• Check and find the way to solve issue happen concern to knitting during development and bulk production.
• Research and develop new knitting construction, new concept for library.
• Assign job for operators and check production. 
• Control quantity and quality of the production.
• Report to senior management from time to time.
• Need to work on timeline requested.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Positive, enthusiasm, strong teamwork ability
• Understand the Techpack/design from Buyer.
• Knowledge of Santoni Software Polaris and Dgraph3
• Ability of developing the samples by seeing the photos/pictures
• Experiences about Santoni Seamless product 
• Good at communication, honest and willing to work under high pressure.
• Self-learning skill
• Skill in Individual and Teamwork
• Basic computer skills on Microsoft Office
• Good Ability to manipulate, statistics, analysis data
