K-SOX Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage Group’s K-SOX compliance program for all companies in Vietnam
• Prepare annual plan in alignment with Group’s timeline
• Select and manage vendor performance for K-SOX assessment
• Co-work with vendor on K-SOX assessment including arranging meeting sessions, obtaining required documents, and performing selective reviews
• Change management and maintain internal controls documentation (i.e., flowcharts, narratives and risk control matrix)
• Provide subject matter expertise for local management on K-SOX project and matters relating to internal controls over financial reporting of respective processes (e.g. Sales, Payroll, Materials Controls, Accounting)
• Lead, coordinate and monitor remediation actions
• Establish and conduct training program on internal controls and to address compliance gaps
• Communicate with company ASIA) , report to HQ via company Asia

REQUIREMENTS:

• Process oriented and attentive to detail
• Ability to travel to various locations in Vietnam
• Certified Public Accountant
• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Auditing, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Possess no less than 6 years solid work experience and knowledge of manufacturing/supply chain industry; with at least 3 to 4 years of internal audit experience, preferably with a large company, or Big 4 assurance experience
• Proficient in English, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint; is a plus
