RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing HR and administration activities to ensure effective operations at company
  • Responsible for developing annual worker recruitment plan, employees, and management positions based on current operation and future demands; ensure human resources to perform production and business needs.
  • Responsible for training plans based on business direction including Internal & external programs
  • Responsible for developing and updating policies, procedures, and regulations ... related to recruitment and training to ensure compliance with the law, customer requirements, and company business’s demand.
  • Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budget.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Good at English
  • Well-versed with Vietnam labor law, knowledge of the labor market
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager position
  • Good communication & good problem-solving skills
  • Well organize skill
  • Good knowledge of customer standards in the garment industry is a plus
  • Can work under pressure
  • At least 3 years of HR & Training and recruitment manager experience in companies that have more than 
    3,000 employees
  • Best practices and customer standards in the garment industry
