RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Strategy and Organizational culture:

  • Develop an HR Strategy and to deliver strategic objectives; ensure that all aspects of the HR function promote an organizational culture of teamwork and service, high quality, transparency and accountability, innovation and inclusiveness.
  • Manage the team to build up organization culture by engagement activities/events.
  • Manage the team to deliver CSR/SDG/ESG/DE&I activities.
  • Work with Department Heads on annual budget, manpower budget planning.
  • To work in collaboration with functional managers to address various HR needs as required.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors, and management on human resource and work-related issues.

Training and recruitment:

  • Liaise with Department managers to understand all necessary aspects of their learning and development needs, and to ensure they are fully informed of corporate learning and development objectives.
  • To create and implement a learning and development program in conjunction with functional managers that addresses employee needs in accordance with business requirements.
  • Conduct HR related training for Managers and staffs.
  • Lead and facilitate the recruitment process and ensure that all hiring is in accordance with best practices, compliance, company budget and ensuring people with the right skills, experiences and attitudes are selected.

Compensation and benefit:

  • To oversee and propose the annual salary increment + bonus round in accordance with the company’s policy and direction.
  • Work with Deputy Director & Director to ensure that Company's compensation structure is reviewed and benchmarked to ensure attraction, motivation and retention of employees.

Talent Management:

  • To ensure performance management processes are fully implemented.
  • Focus on talent development and succession plan, professional development and career development to ensure that employees have the opportunity to fulfil their career potential.

Others:

  • Collaborate closely with Regional HR to gather and analyze data required for various reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Collaborate with Regional HR to implement strategic HR initiatives, programs, and processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across different regions or business units.
  • Develop and oversee the HR budget, working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate allocation and tracking of HR expenses.
  • Maintain a comprehensive audit preparation plan for the HR department, ensuring that all necessary documentation and processes are in place.

Administration (ADM)

  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Organize and coordinate important meetings and events at company level.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies, personal protection equipment, inventory, and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure favorable agreements that align with the company's budget and quality standards.
  • Taking care of visas/ work permits and other related matter for expatriates.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets including expenditures, cost control, and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years HR working experience and at least 5 years' experience in Manager role.
  • Exposure to Matrix reporting is an advantage.
  • Have Knowledge and clear understanding in Vietnam Labor Law and Regulation.
  • Ability to implement and manage HRM functions, in line with current labor law process and procedures.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong command of English language required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
