General Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing day to day business operations; giving clear direction to the managers, ensuring clarity of expectations and responsibilities, consulting with managers to find the solution if any issue arises.
• Oversee the overall progress of the project and its business, including but not limited to the business licenses and contracts, finance, human resources, etc., identifying the issues, and reporting to shareholders in timely manner.
• Dealing with the government and other authorities for business license and contracts to make sure the company operates in compliance with the law and regulations.
• Identify management issues and facilitating the discussion among the shareholders to build the consensus for the direction.
• Developing and optimizing the organization; motivating, evaluating, and developing its staff.
• Proposing and seeking the board's approval for key decisions, developing and executing company policies and procedures for corporate governance.
• Ensuring that the Company is operating within the budgetary requirements.
• Dealing with the bank for financial arrangements

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications and Skill:

• Bachelor Degree
• Middle to High level of Excel skills
• English proficiency (Japanese is plus)

Working Experience:

• 5+ year's of management experience
• Preferably, working experience at foreign company using the English as communication
• Preferably, at the waste management sector or thermal power plant

Personal Qualities:

• Outstanding problem-solving skill with logical thinking and solid communication among stakeholders, and can-do attitude and high attention to the details
• Previous experience in a dynamic, fast pace environment, with proven ability to meet tight timeframes.
• High attention to detail and accurate reconciliation skills are essential
• Demonstrated capacity to be innovative.
• Outstanding teamwork, organizational interpersonal problem-solving skills.
