RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all accounting and tax matters, including meeting all internal and external closing and reporting deadlines, ensuring internal controls in place, and complying with internal and external policies and procedures. At least 10 years’ experience in Finance area, preferably with extensive exposure in manufacturing costing and tax. Recognized accounting qualifications (for example, CA, or ACCA).

• Execute and/or modify Accounting Policy & Procedure and to ensure control & compliance (in all Accounting, Cash Applicaiton and Tax areas) to meet internal and external requirements.
• Support business.
• Lead Accounting team (AR, AP, GL, Cost, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Cash Application).
• Liaise with external parties (Banks, Tax, Audits).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
• Had Chief Accountant Certificate
• Experience: 5-10 years hands-on Manufacturing Accounting experience (GL, Inventory, Cost and Tax) in multinational companies Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Specific Skills / Business Knowledge (Knowledge, skills and abilities) US GAAP, Vietnam GAAP and IFRS knowledge ERP system
• Bi-lingual (Vietnamese and English) is a MUST
