Apply nowRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement company sales strategy & business plan & marketing plan to achieve company target;
- Be a market sensor to feedback all market information to DoS and BOM;
- Using financial data to analyze and improve business performance
- Identify, analyze and disseminate significant market intelligence which will contribute to development of profitable business plans;
- Evaluate credit worthiness of potential/existing customers in line with Company Credit Policy and propose suitable credit limits to secure customers loyalty while optimising trade debtors and monitor situation to initiate/propose actions to credit committee for proper action;
- Be a consultant for customers/distributors to help resolve their problem, enquiries and complaints in consultation with line manager, DoS, and other supporting departments;
- Manage and making sales forecast to assure stock availability and actively join as well as manage the interface with Supply Chain to assure stock availability to meet the customers’ needs;
- Be responsible for the allocated OPEX to ensure the healthy growth of the sales to achieve the set target;
- Develop relationship with PMU and relevant authorities in order to secure new business opportunities;
- To prepare and submit to the BOM and DoS and related departments including but not limited to the weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually reports, plans, forecasts, updates on: working plan, sales volume, import plan, debt collection, projects information, market behaviour and competitors’ activities, customer data;
- To submit price deal-sheet, credit assessment for approval timely before offering to customers;
- Prepare & submit sales contract in line with company policy.
- To strictly follow QHSSE policy of the company
- PLANS activities in advance by prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency (to meet dead line & to be on time)
- Customer field visits (farming & hunting): 70%
- Sales call plan & report, admin work: 30%
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum University degree of economics or technics;
- Sales background of construction material or technical equipment (cement, paint, steel, machinery …) is preferred
- At least 3 years in sales, of which 2 years in industrial technical sales with B2B
