RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set yearly budget and investment plan and ensure all the cost is within the approved budget.
- Manage target setting and action plan making process and monitor the progress to give correct advice in a timely manner. If the gap arises against target, handle the gap fulfilment process with department managers.
- Check and review P&L plan and progress to observe FSE budget.
- Consider budget efficiency plan to be lean.
- Keep close relation with Service Planning Dept. to attain FSE P&L plan.
- Supervise service contract promotional activity for target HP.
- Give a solution for the member to make appropriate service menu for each customer to show the value.
- Responsible for all on-site service activities done by FSE member.
- Understand how to improve the customer satisfaction through field service activity.
- Negotiate and satisfy with customer for service and repair by finding appropriate solution.
- Manage all on-site service activities done by Field Service Team after sales (including Installation, Training, Reprocessing, Preventive Maintenance, and Troubleshooting) to make sure all equipment are operated safely and effectively.
- Ensure to follow company policy with highest standard to provide the best customer experience and satisfaction.
- Improve CDS environment for our product not only the product in the HP but also our asset.
- Take immediate action for adverse event and manage complaint handling.
- Shape appropriate loaner investment plan with Service Planning Department.
- Supervise effective loaner management.
- Manage Distributor to reinforce service coverage.
- Make task allocation SOP across the departments and distributor to materialize transparent task allocation.
- Conflict management between departments and distributor.
- Support distributor training handled by Service Planning Department
Training
- Based on company's policy issued by HR Department, make the training plan and conduct staff education and manage subordinates' skill level.
- Nurture local manager so that they can acquire management skill and relevant knowledge.
- Make OJT plan and conduct OJT for each member in collaboration with department manager, so that FSE member can improve their service skill and knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree or above
- Knowledge in service function
- Global compliance related knowledge
- More than 5 years’ experience as a Department Manager
- Field Service engineer's experience or more than 10 years including Manager’s tenure.
- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC800)
