RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and managing the implementation of factory's development plan
• Create development plan in accordance with the company's business strategy (plan related to: HR, scale development, production capacity, development investment, annual budget,…)
• Building organizational structure and consumptions for all the business and production activities
• Managing production operation of the factory
• Managing factory’s work and resources, solving arising problems
• In charge of preparing and implementing production plans
• Supervising the implementation of safety inspection standards
• In collaboration with relating departments to develop new products
• Chairing regulatory systems, factory processes, participating in the development of labour-related policies
• Managing HR and organizational development for the teams/department
• Preparing training and coaching activities
• Conducting job performance evaluation and competency of the employees
• Building a respective, lovely and supportive working environment
• Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from university or college business administration or sewing technology.
• Have good knowledge of textile and production process as per Lean.
• Capturing required information of the product of each market type and customer rank.
• Updating new production technology, equipment and materials
• Have good knowledge of technical pack, production process, pattern design and maker
• Additional skills: HR management, coaching, presentation, communication, problem solving, decision making, teamwork
• Personality: positive, proactive, high responsibility, honest, affable, flexible, creative, high pressure, ability to judge
• Have at least 05 year- experience in the equivalent position
