RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop & construct good relation with chain store customer who has good business network in Vietnam.
- Find out route map of each customers’ key persons (decision maker, technical director, project director, CEO, etc.) to negotiate with the company solution directly.
- Considering best proposal to be a company's fan, not by price but also with new idea to satisfy chain store customer.
- Cooperate with dealer/pro-shop/contractor to provide best solution to customers.
- Visiting customers periodically and get useful information about customers’ direction and market information.
- Having the thorough grasp of knowledge and always updating on the company's products as well as the products/strategy of competitors.
- Doing report to management timely to decide next actin quickly, customers & project following report, Make plan customer development, improve enquiries and actions plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduated preferred (HVAC or Finance or Marketing or Trading)
- Command of the English language, written or verbal
- Proven work experience as Sales Executive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have reporting skills, writing skills and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines, working under high pressure
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Be a good teamwork player
- Educate well own staff to improve team performance
