RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main Duties 40% – Lead the team and integrate all necessary departments for pitching proposals (IMC campaigns, Creative direction) 30% – Communicate with the client (get brief, budget, explore brief, etc.) and measure Billing & GP 20% – Track sales & GP performance 10% – Coach team
- Occasional Duties Join into internal training board Support other teams when needed Direct meetings with BOD
REQUIREMENTS:
- Background A through-the-line background/ experience Digital background
- Experience At least 7-9 years of experience in the Marketing & Communication industry Previous position: Account Director/ Senior Account Manager
- Knowledge Have knowledge in Communication, Marketing, and Research Having knowledge of Business Development is a plus
- Skills Deliver diversified business-driven solutions ranging from creative to IMC campaign Logical & Critical thinking, problem-solving, and solution provider Planning skills Presentation skills Be able to communicate fluently and effectively both in Vietnamese & English Have leadership experience and organizational know-how Have people skills and collaboration talent Good coach for subordinators
