ESS Senior Consultant 1

JOB DESCRIPTION

(*) JOB SUMMARY:

_ The job holder will be in charge of sub industry or sub function. Both candidates and clients recognize your expertise which you use to independently manage every step of the Executive Search process. You will build and extend your network of (senior) candidates and engage extensively with clients about both executive search and other HR services. As our colleague you will actively participate in the continuous improvement and innovation of our team and company. Internally, the job holder is accountable to coach junior staff in the department.

 

(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Finance:

_ Be accountable for achieving the individual sales target

_ Support team to reach the target of the whole team

_ Follow up customer’s payment

_ Partially responsible for the revenue target of the staff members

 

2. Business Development

_ Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and candidates

_ Proactively and regularly identify potential new clients and assist team members in candidate search and selection

 

2. Process/ Function:

a. Executive Search:

_ Work with both international and local client companies to conduct recruitment orders for Upper Management level

_ Independently manage the projects of recruitment and assessment for senior candidates and executive levels + very important searches.

_ Manage some key accounts assigned by team leaders.

_ Be accountable for maintaining and developing candidate pool which will be developed through networking, advertising, referrals…

_ Ensure all the candidate profiles sent out to the clients have detailed and useful assessment information of the candidates.

_ Search resumes, screen candidates, conduct interviews, prepare candidates shortlists, assist employment process for clients

_ Schedule interviews between clients and candidates as appropriate

_ Follow up after interviews with both clients and candidates, provide feedback to candidates and confirm next steps

_ Exchange timely and necessary information for the Back office in daily activities to fulfill their tasks; ensuring good coordination with the Back Office  in delivering the high and consistent quality to the candidates and clients.

_ Coach the staff members to ensure they can handle and fulfill their tasks effectively and efficiently as well as following the ESS process and system appropriately.

_ Prepare content for recruitment ads and be in charge of having advertisements posted on newspapers and recruitment websites

 

b. Database:

_ Develop & control database resources: conduct targeted selections, personal referrals and develop it for specific industries

_ Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database concerning your job order fulfillment to continuously increase the professional level of your service

_ Update computer database with current information as a result of all discussionsMonitor and be actively engaged in maintaining accurate client and candidate records of the staff member.

_ Find hidden candidates effectively.

_ Supervise active completion of mapping within the industry.

 

3. HR Advisory:

_ Play the role of a coordinator in assigned HR consulting projects

_ Provide HR consulting services to the outside clients

 

3. Learning & Growth:

_ Involve in HR development activities

_ Guide and coach junior staffs

 

4. Major challenges:

_ Reach the individual sales target

_ Enlarge the talent pool of candidates

_ Handle various clients’ orders at the same time

_ Explore new industries without sufficient database support

_ Being efficient in making targeted number of placements per month and reaching the individual sales target

_ Effective balance between the quality and delivery speed of service to the clients

JOB REQUIREMENT

(*) QUALIFICATIONS &  PERSON SPECIFICATION

1. Qualifications: 

_ Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, economics or other related fields such as English

 

2. Experience:

a. Essential:

_ 4-5 years of working experience in recruitment and professional services 

 

b. Desirable:

_ 1-2 years of supervisory experience

 

3. Abilities/Skills:

_ Demonstrated knowledge of all applicable HR laws and regulations

_ Ability to operate independently and effectively in an advisory role

_ Be a result-driven individual

_ Strong planning, organizing and analytical abilities

_ Possess high level of interpersonal and influencing skills

_ Good project and time management skills

_ Demonstrated initiatives, strong teamwork spirit, self-motivation, and acute sense of business

_ Demonstrated good coaching skills

_ Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

_ Proficient in MS office

_ Must have patience, active and problem solution oriented
