Call Center cum Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

(*) JOB SUMMARY:

 

This position is responsible for providing full support in terms of answering various queries from Contractors, and assisting Consultants in clarifying and explaining information for Contractors, and all necessary administrative tasks if needed.

 

(*) ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Process/Function:

_ Receive and answer calls from Contractors to POS, and make phone calls to answer queries of Contractors

_ Forward questions (if necessary) to Consultant and follow up for answers

_ Record all call history (both incoming and outgoing)

_ Receive / Send employees’ records

_ File existing and resigned employees’ record,

_ Update related information as guided by Consultant

_ Print and send labor contracts, introduction letter, and other letters

_ Scan/photocopy documents as requested

_ Receive and send Health insurance card / PVI to employees

_ Receive and send Social insurance books to employees

_ Follow up onboarding process completion / resignation process completion, labor contracts, document filings

_ Give instruction to employees about Unemployment registration, about Social Insurance book, Health Insurance card modification (the process to be trained by consultant)

_ Other tasks requested by consultant

 

2. Learning & Growth:

_ Learn related issues from Senior Consultants

_ Participate in sharing / trainings for HR Outsource knowledge 

 

3. Major Challenges:

_ Ensure that all kinds of queries from Contractors will be answered quickly and satisfactorily.

_ Very patient

_ A lot of admin work

_ Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling personal workflow.

JOB REQUIREMENT

(*) QUALIFICATIONS &  PERSON SPECIFICATION

1. Qualifications:

_ College degree in HR or Economics

 

2. Experience:

a) Essential:

 _ 1 year working experience as CS or admin staff in service area

 

b) Desirable:

_1 year working experience related to HR related

 

3. Abilities & Skills:

_Friendly voice, clear pronunciation, good hearing ability

_ Basic knowledge about Labor code, Insurance regulations, PIT regulations, and related rules.

_Customer service oriented

_ Being patient, and detail oriented

_Being interested in tele-communicating with various people

_Being helpful and cooperative
